How to heal a herniated disc quickly with these guidelines

Daily habits

  • Avoid any movement that includes bending forward like standing on the sink in the morning (use one of your hands on the wall), avoid twisting or any complex movement in your body. And let your body to move within the reasonable limit without any thrust or sudden movements.
  • Take care during driving with the least car vibration because that makes the extra load on the herniated disc.
  • If you have a recent acute herniated disc and driving, you may wear a neck collar for neck disc, or lumbosacral belt for a lumbar herniated disc.
  • Avoid sitting in bad postures, especially if you sit long periods like video game adducers.
  • Learn how to move your body, also about the right positions according to daily activities you perform to prevent any load on the herniated disc.
