Causes of  Plantar Fasciitis

 

In general, if there’s an over-pressure due to some physical causes on the plantar fascia that will make plantar fascia to be overloaded, irritated, and inflamed, resulting in the condition named plantar fasciitis.

The most common causes that increase stress on the plantar fascia are:
